For agencies · 2026 pilot, Kathmandu
Independent trekkers, arriving with a plan. Quote them.
Lekaly users build their own itineraries — then some want a guide, a porter, or the whole thing arranged. If you’re TAAN-licensed, join the panel that receives those structured, opt-in requests. No bidding pit, no commission, no per-lead fee during the pilot.
Structured requests in, real quotes out
A trekker finishes planning in the app and taps “get quotes”. You see exactly what they want — and reply once, with a price.

A request lands in your inbox
Trek, dates, party size, what they want arranged — generated from a real itinerary. These are trekkers with a plan, not tyre-kickers.
You reply once, with a price
Your quote goes straight to the trekker with your license number and contact attached. No middle layer, no haggling theatre.
The trekker books you directly
Payment, terms and the trek itself stay between you and the client. Lekaly takes no commission and never resells the lead.
A small panel, on purpose
Trekkers trust the panel because it’s vetted. We keep it small and verify every license with TAAN before activation.
3–5 working days
Current TAAN membership and a government trekking-agency licenseBoth numbers are checked against the registries — have them ready.
At least two years operating treks on the routes you want to quoteWe ask for two recent client references per region.
Guides with NATHM licenses and insurance for staff above 4,000 mPorter welfare standards apply — IPPG guidelines as a floor.
Lead resellers, aggregators, or agencies quoting on behalf of othersThe panel is for operators only. Resold leads get you removed.

What does it cost?
Nothing during the 2026 pilot — no joining fee, no per-lead fee, no commission. When the pilot ends we’ll propose a flat subscription to panel members first, with at least 60 days’ notice. We will never take commission on bookings.
How many agencies see each request?
At most five, matched by region and trek. The trekker sees who quoted, with license numbers. There is no public bidding and quotes are not visible between agencies.
How many requests will we actually get?
Honestly: it’s a pilot, volumes are small and seasonal. Expect single digits per month at first, weighted to September–November and March–May. What we promise is quality — every request comes from a finished itinerary.
Can we contact the trekker directly?
Once you’ve sent a quote and the trekker accepts contact, yes — everything moves to email or WhatsApp between you. Lekaly steps out at that point.
Why was our application declined?
Almost always: a license we couldn’t verify, fewer than two years on the requested routes, or the panel for your region being full. You can reapply after six months.
