§01How it works
Trekker submits a request
Inside the Lekaly app: trek, dates, party size, guide / porter / lodging / transport, budget band.
Lekaly forwards to 2–3 of you
Manually matched by our Kathmandu ops desk. Trekker's name and contact stay hidden.
You reply with one quote
The trekker reads quotes side-by-side in the app and either accepts one or doesn’t. No bidding, no rating.
§02What's different from a lead-gen site
- No commission during the pilot. We don't take a cut of accepted quotes in 2026.
- One reply, not a bidding war. Each agency replies once. There's no leaderboard, no race to the bottom.
- Trekker stays anonymous until they accept you. Their name and contact are revealed only after you're picked.
- Leave the panel any time. We don't lock contracts. Email us and we'll remove you within 24 hours.
- Manual matching. We match by trek expertise and language — not by who pays more.
We onboard new agencies in cohorts of two, every six weeks.

§03Common questions
Do trekkers see all the quotes side-by-side?+
Yes. Each quote shows agency name, price, what's included. Agencies stay anonymised until the trekker accepts one.
What if no agencies reply?+
The trekker is told the panel didn't reply in time. We don't fake fallbacks.
Do you take a commission on accepted quotes?+
No — not during the 2026 pilot. Any future pricing will be flat per quote, not commission, and announced 90 days before it applies.
Can I leave the panel any time?+
Yes. Email us and we'll remove you within 24 hours. No contract lock.
